No customer serviceI ordered coffee from them for the 1st time and never received it as it went to an old address in Las Vegas NV, I live in Temple TX. This company uses Amazon shipping which has an old address for me. I tried to call the company before my order was shipped but they do not accept calls. So I tried to chat that was a joke. I sent an email and got a response from Catherine who told me we will just have to wait and see if it gets returned. If not we'll m then they will give me a 25% discount on my next order. Wow. I called Amazon who did confirm that it was an old address for me and sent me an email stating it was delivered to the wrong address telling to forward this to the Blackout Coffee company and I will get a replacement order. So I did and now no response from the company. I tried to chat again and it is still a joke. Beware of this company
